You could simply go through the posted pictures at the beginning of the thread. The zoas (there are three diffferent ones) and the AOG paly’s. They all look like circular flowers clustered together.

Depends on your water quality, lighting, and amount of available filter food in your system. The zoas tend to grow pretty fast, I can see at least three new ones every day to every other day (although they are quite large colonies). The paly’s grow a little slower for us, but they don’t get the best lighting.
