No Dr. there. Hes been a PhD Candidate for years but AFIK thats it. I read that link and dont see anything in it except this one sentence “That’s a very interesting thought, and even moreso since it seems that skimmers do more to offgas CO2 than oxygenate water.”
Is that the quote that is being used to say that air bubblers or skimmers dont oxygenate water? Going to need a little more meat then that to convince me.
