Yes, so far I brought one peice into the store and gave Andy a tiny little piece for back up. I have a large peice of it in my new display tank and two little frags which I will wait till they double in size and frag again.
You really should let you’re corals recover after bringing them home before fragging them. I would recommend at least a month if it’s a softy and two months for any stony corals. After fragging give them at least a couple of weeks to recover before taking them out of you’re tank. Try not to get too frag happy and end up with little 1" frags of everything. Larger corals make a much better looking tank then just little stubs of everything.
To answer question I got from someone in a PM, so it isn’t asked twice: The picture is of the frag not the colony. Tried to find pictures of the original colony, but I think they are on an external hard drive which my computer has decided to get in a fight with and they are no longer talking.
