i don’t think there is any way to clean the tank out it is sealed. its one that came with the first unit i had from aqua safe

I am having a little bit of a hard time following the lines in the pics but I think you may some routed wrong. Let me see if I can get you a diagram to compare it to.
Here is a video (hose colors are different).Supply feed the sediment (white filter) that goes to carbon block. You have 2 carbon blocks it looks like, one should feed the 2nd. After both carbon blocks it goes to the membrane. From the membrane blue is ro, yellow is waste. The blue should go to di resin. From the di it will go through the hydrolic shut off if you are using a float valve. (I think you may have this part wrong) from there to the water storage. The other part of the shut off block (white thing with 4 hoses) connects to the supply line. The idea is that when the float valve comes up, pressure builds in the blue line. This causes the block to shut off the supply water so the unit is not under constant pressure (but stays wet).
Double check connections. Then check tds at the blue line after membrane and after di canister. Hope we get it figured out for ya.
