Kyle, Courtney - if you guys are seriously considering joining the contest then im game. Im sure we could get bill to join as well because god knows he probably has at least 2 or 3 tanks in the process of being set up!! ;D It would actually be pretty cool to represent the club like that on another site.
What do you think about all of us starting our individual build threads on nano-reef and then starting one single thread on DRC and Reef-geeks that we can all share to document the entire experience? Who knows? Maybe Chris/Barb might want to get in on the action and we could have a secondary local contest with “tighter” rules?

Go pick up a 40B from petco for $40 and bring me your CF fixture. We can chop that bad boy down to 36" and have you a T5 fixture in not time! Ive got plenty of 36" parts laying around to mod that i could lend you or sell you cheap including SLR reflectors, ballasts, and bulbs.
yea im def down for that shawn. i was going to go after work today to pick up my tank either petco for the 1$/gallon or ocross the bridge to jersey to a shop that i know used to have a bunch of used setups around. might be able to find a good deal on one
