Nice build thread. Looks like you’ve put a lot of thought into the setup before beginning.

How about just 3 150-250W MH, "cheep", no chiller.

+1 250w would be more than enough IMO. i have almost an identical tank that i lit with T5s and now LEDs with no issues.

some plumbing pics… Always use true union ball valves it will save you a lot of problems

i have 360 pounds of rock for the tank

Nice!! A tank you can snorkle in! . What kind of plastic rods are you using to string the rock work on? Will they hold up to the load and salt and light?

I’m using fiberglass driveway markers from home depot there 2 bucks and 5/16th better than the price of acrylic rod
