Picked up 2 new additions for my tank today from Pacific East Aquaculture. A Really beautiful colored Citron goby and a purple orange lobo, my first one ever. Just took these pics right after the newbies were placed in the tank, so didn’t really configure the camera, kinda just pointed and shoot pics.
Looking like it’s a little depressed he had to leave Dr. Mac
Very nice John. those little clown gobies , all the types , are one of my favorites. They just hop around and perch, and show up in the strangest places. always fun playing “Spot the Goby”. thats are very pretty colored one. i have a pair of the simple bright yellow ones.

It would be a good idea to over feed for a couple days. By that I mean if you put in food and it is gone with in 30 seconds by other fish snagging it up then it’s no good. Need to give the little guy a chance.
going with some mysis tonight and thanks for the heads up on feeding. By the way, I made up a frag of those green cloves with about 10 polyps on it. Are you still interested? If so, pm me and I will send you a pic.
I mixed the cyclopeze in with the mysis and my yellow gobies responded very well to them. They seemed to struggle with the size of the mysis. They’re just little guys <
The clown gobies come in a bit of range in sizes. Often the Citrons are larger, but both yours Steve, and John’s look small.
Often times fish just have to be in the mind set to eat. Adding garlic may stimulate their appetite. Sometimes if a fish is only eating one thing and you want to switch it then you need to add both at the same time. Often times half the battle is just get them to eat anything.
