I’ll go first, we’ll cover the burgers, dogs, and buns…
We’ll need side dishes, macaroni salad, potato, chips, dips, chains, whips…you know, all the typical stuff, or if you have some other specialty let me know…
sodas, drinks, ice and coolers will help also!
of course any “adult” beverages are welcome, but byob…
not quite sure of the time yet (early evening most likely), and i’m sure we’ll get a better head count… so lets at least get that going…

if it is on the 25 th i may not be able to make it. my sisters graduation i believe is that day. i will check with her and let ya know for sure in few days.

Hey! Do you think we could maybe do a frag swap like ECA will do that very same day? You know, you put a frag in the holding tank and get a ticket for the drawing to pick a frag! bring two, pick two… and so on and so forth.
Or maybe we could all bring a couple buckets of cheap salt, turn Johns inground pool into an outdoor reef, toss a bunch of live rock, corals and fish in… and then raffle tickets for 30 second snorkle dives to catch what yous can catch??

Not a bad idea at all Ken. That part anyway We’ll have to see what’s available for a holding tank, work out logistics, etc. What I’ve noticed over the last few years is people eave at all different times. some just stop by to say hi and have a burger, others park it on the deck until 2 am.
I don’t know how we could work it to be fair to everyone - If it were me I’d show up with a GSP frag, get my ticket and announce 5 minutes later I have to leave and snag an acro on my way out - - then come back 10 min later and say my appointment got cancelled ;D
The frag swap’s a cool idea. A thought would be to post a start and stop time here, that way whoever was to participate would know. Then at the BBQ, at the stop time, as people pick their frags it will all be written down which ones people got (the frags could be numbered to be easier). Then people can just hang out and have a good time and pick up their frags as they leave. Last to get their frags has to break down the holding tank, LOL.
