2013 DRC Frag Swap Volunteer Thread

This thread is to organize volunteers and needed equipment for the 2013 DRC Frag Swap.

Hopefully we can use the same website VolunteerSpot again. Please reset the web page and add to the thread.

We will need:

People to get the word out - vendors, friends, people you don’t know across the street.
People to set up Friday night and break down Saturday. The more people the faster the work will get done.
People to man to the door and sell tickets.
Runners - help people with power, clean spills, general help.
ect.
more ideas.
Bring Power cords?
Back up salt water?
Feel free to make other suggestions.

I had fun last year and I think others did as well.

Wife and I will help with the sat morn setup 8-10AM. Also, me as a runner 10-12 and she will man the door and sell tickets 10-12.

I’ll be there both as well, whatever needs to be done. I’m sure Michelle will come on saturday and volunteer too.
