48" Current dual 150MH with 2 65w actinc + 2 moonlights hood

The first $20 takes this. The 2 150w MH work and the moon lights work, the 2 65w powercompacts will not come on, I think it may be a ballast issue. This fixture belonged to my neighbor who has moved. I just want to get it out of my garage. It is being sold as is no implied or expressed warrenty.
