why can’t people of all colors, races, creeds, religions, sexes live close together like these?

Acans rock and while I’ve seen 1-2 in others tanks locally, Paul definitely has the nicest collect I’ve sever seen. Shame he isn’t more into fragging. Maybe once these guys start to fill in more he won’t have an option.

wow, who knew. thanks mucho. i do appreciate it. nothing really fancy there, ya know. only a couple cost more than 15$ per polyp, but none had more than 3-4 and most worked out to 6-7$ a polyp.

They look great! i can’t wait to get some acan’s myself… how long have you had em? what lighting and flow do you have them under?
ive gotten them since i started in 09. moderate flow, keep them in one spot and don’t move them around, spot feed, med-lower light they are midway up my t5 powered 75, and they seem to like social contact w/each other.

It’s a very nice Acan Bouquet, Paul. I wonder though. once they fill in and start crowding each other, which direction can they grow? at the outer edges for sure, but i guess the center stands still, or do they duke it out?
outer edges, and they are crowded now, but nothing in that mass is permanently affixed. they can all be moved wherever i want, separated of moved closer.
