Ok need help from my AI owners.

I got my LEDs today from a fellow reefer. When I plug everything in one of the sols has a green blinking light right above where the power goes in to the back, the display on the controller blinks along with the little green light. The lights do not come on.

I’ve tried disconnecting the 2nd light and still get the same problem, if I use the other power supply I don’t get the blinking, but I don’t get anything at all.

If I try disconnecting the controller and just plugging the power supply in I get nothing. Is it possible that both power supplies are bad? Controller fried? Lights just suck? I’m at a complete loss.
