YEAH !!! Did you start a tank again?
no no guys. carbon for the pond, just the pond! no tank.
Are you buying it by the truck load
nope, just a couple of lbs.
Oh, I forgot about the pond. I though all that green water took care of the waste?
Hows about:

which one you want?
thanks ken. i can compare this weekend. BUT the water is no longer green. got a strong uv and the water is realllllly clear.
Did you ever get the air out of the filter for good? Was it a leaky valve on the suction side?
hey S, it is still sucking air, but slower than when u saw it. i can let it run for about 3 days straight until it needs to be fully bled out. hows the expensive tank lol?
Ignorance was bliss. My old phosphate kit was junk, the hanna told the ugly truth. Getting back, slowly.
sooo glad to hear it. everybody should use that type it they even suspect po4. it is PREcise!
I have been getting that itch again to set another tank up…Paul, you had an elaborate setup, and I think everyone misses the clam photos!
still have lots of photos, and empty clam shells. while i miss the tanks, i don’t miss seeing things die. hope everyone does it better than i was able to.

Completely understandable , but everyone knows clams are very hard to keep for extended periods…No need take it too hard z<>z.Many variables to account for, while maintaining a reef aquarium. Before I took my tank down, it was a green PO4 factory.
