Articles for the DRC Front Page - Contest

[size=10pt][b]Its simple, write an article for the front page about any aquarium topic you wish. You can write about anything from general Diy projects to different types of sand and their benefits. We will vote on the top article to win a prize pack of Gift Certificates and Products.

Things to remember:

[ul][li]If you quote a source give credit to the author or web site…No plagiarism[/li]
[li]Use Word or Works and include any needed pictures and Links. I will take care of getting it on the website.[/li]
[li]Length of the article is not important; quality is[/li]
[li]Any person that needs an editor or help only needs to ask[/li]
[li]If we end up with a couple high quality articles we may award additional prize packs.[/li]
[li]Enter as often as you wish[/li][/ul]

[b]All accepted articles will be posted in the forum area and the best articles will be added to the front page.
Contest End Date is November 30 2008.

Anyone have any articles? Mine are going to miss the due date. Seems as if at this point the prize pack is up for grabs.

I have several DIY articles that can be ready, but im also slated to do presentations at the meetings. I was thinking that my presentation should count as an article and that my powerpoint can be cut and pasted as an article on the site.

I was planning on making mine presentations as well… planning on it, at some point in time. Just been busy with other things.

I have one done already, it’s just on my work computer. Who should I send it to?

Yeah, I never got to write any. The time line that it was during happened to be when all of my final projects and my thesis proposal were during.
