i have two ice cap ballasts for vho’s one went bad a year ago and just monday my other went bad. I ordered a replacement and another par 38 bulb. Who has sent their ballast back for repair and how is it handled/cost. On another note my daylights are out and normally i would have to clean the glass every day or every other, now the glass is staying clean. the lights that are out are 1 aquasun 10k, 1 super actinic 460nm, and 2 act. white 12k, running now are both par38, 3 super act. and a 454nm. i like this look but need a 10k for the nem, i think the 10k is causing a lot of the algae growth its against the very front of the tank
They bought Icecap, still make em, and still repair the old ones.
Yeah ken talked to u yesterday about it. Just wondering of anybody sent it back and what the charge was?
