I picked up the live rock, live sand, mud, and a few other ‘spare parts’ (glass scrapper, mixing tub/pump) today. As posted - it was all in great shape (lot of snails, pods, etc).

He is great to do business with / and very reasonable on $. I want the tank but my wife would have killed me Good luck selling it.
