Does it have to be an anemone? Next week I want to work on taking some macro shots of some of my corals and I figured we may be able to use some of them for this. I’ll also throw up a few of the anemone(s), but I was just wondering if anyone wanted coral/fish pics as well?

No. Keep sending in pics. Whatever you have/get. Honestly, we could make as many masthead DRC banners as we want and rotate them randomly.

i think a photo forum would be awesome… I am working on the tank this weekend and will then post pics of my anemone’s.

Blennies have SO much personality its not even funny. You wont know how great these guys are until you own one, i mean just look at Craig’s pic, how cool is that? The starry is stunning in person, very beautiful fish. There arent many beautiful utility fish out there that have the personalities that these guys do.IMO there probably one of the best fish you can have in a reef setup.
Of course the toadstool doesn’t open anymore since the blenny started living in it
cd angel my lawnmower sleeps in my cup coral as well but never closes up from it thank god. i will try to get a pic tonight. and my clown is hosting my frogs spawn and he is beating the crap out of one head. need a bta for him bad i guess.lol

ive seen the lawn mowers and it looks like a gargoil. ikd maybe ill look into this a little deeper.
for some of these it says they will pick on firefish and gobys. if this is true no way. ill pro have both gobys and firefsh ha ha. have u noticed this behavior.
you wouldnt think it these blennies to be agressive, but im convinced that my algea blenny killed my royal gramma. They are very peacefull fish that keep to themselves, but it wouldnt surprise me in the least if it behaved agressively towards a conspecific or a fish of similar body shape and color.
Mine defends it’s toadstool at all costs. Watched it chase my tomato clown around for 5 minutes solid this morning.
