Buying house, selling tank+gear

It looks like I am buying a house and I won’t have a place to have the tank at least for now, unfinished basement wont make for a nice place to sit and look at the tank anyhow…

I have A LOT to sell off and prices are negotiable. Even more the live stock will be a challange to remove as the fish are too fast and I have far too many rocks for them to hide in.

Items:

75 gallon reef ready corner over flow tank stand, hood as seen in pics
55 gallon regular aquarium tank converted into sump
6 bulb t5 twin cooling fans, current USA brand (tons of giesmann bulbs too)
digital aquatics Reefkeeper lite controller with ph and temp probes and I have 2 of the power strips controlled by it
my own twin float switches with relays auto top off system with magflow? pump iforget brand and 20 gallon fresh water bin
2 magdrive 7s, one is hooked up to my…
…aqua C remora hang on protien skimmer with mentioned pump
ecotech marine w40 ES
about 150-170 (unsure actual weight) lbs of live rock, already drilled, columns, on a base rack and they are removeable takes it all, including my hard work making the columns :slight_smile:

UPDATE!

I broke the tank down today, I was in a hurry, no time to get bags or call people… live stock is gone, most went to Charlie at premium aquatics.

How soon does this need to come down? Does that say fish are free is I catch them? I want all of the fish and urchins, star too if that is the case. Is there a price on the nems? Are they all the same? Did 1 split into that many or did you for some reason buy them? What about the other livestock? Corals,snails,hermits,besides gsp?(no interest in that)lol

If this settlement goes through I have like a month or so to get this done.

Also to be clear, all the rocks get sold at the same time. I can’t weigh and measure it all bits at a time.

update, livestock gone.

Dropped alot of live stock off at Charlies place, I had 2 turbo snails that were almost the size of baseballs, even charlie said he’d never seen them that large, I must have been doing something right lol

I gave it to Charlie for free, I just needed to off load it and he has been a great friend over the years.

whole thing. I don’t want it cherry picked, I mean the rock alone is probably worth at least 500, echotech and reefkeeper probably 500 and the rest is practically free
