It’s a beautiful specimen - would do best in a system with only inexpensive fish - I tempted fate knowing that carpets are known for eating fish. I figured I don’t have any blennies, or gobies, or anything that “scoots” so I should be fine.
Well 2 anthias, a foxface, and an angel fish later I realized I was wrong. (Mind you I don’t know that it ate any of these -I just can’t find them anymore)
$25 and it’s yours. It really is a beautiful anemone - it’s just too big for my 75 with the number of fish I like to keep.
Like I said - I can’t say for certain that the nem is the issue. But I’ve lost several very large fish in the last 2 weeks and I really don’t want to lose my purple tang.
