Anyone ever buy a cheap powerhead from eBay or Amazon? If so, what did you buy and how was your experience?
You can’t go wrong with a Koralia. They’re rock solid IME and usually pretty cheap. There are also the Jebao wavemakers. I have two on my tank that have been running without an issue for almost a year. I do not like the company and I wouldn’t have bought them if I knew more about them. That said, they’re only $50.
Matt I had sone of those cheap knock offs they sell pn eBay they actually work pretty well , only problem I had and was my fault I had one I was cleaning and dropped and broke the impeller shaft . It eas a porcelin shaft, other then that no problems

Thanks guys! I may try them. Now I need to decide weather or not to go with the suction cups or magnetic mount.
mag holders are great. suction cups give out pretty fast.
Magnetics are worth the extra cost
