Checkout Problem

For the groupbuy i did the buy 4 get 2 free, but the 2 free do not show up in the cart, and there is still a charge for the 2 corals and the shipping… any help here…

When did you place your order?? If it was after hours when they get in and process your order your discounts will be applied. If you don’t see it Becky is the one you will need to contact. The discount is manually subtracted by who processes the order.

As mentioned, our website isn’t set up to handle all billing automatically. It just collects the information and we process your bill and run your card when your order is packed up. Shipping/box charges will be removed and appropriate discounts applied at that time.
