Anyone have a chiller they want to sell. Was looking into the possibility of making one, but the cost is a little prohibitive for what I would like to do. Temp is creeping up constantly throughout the day, and I’d rather spend a little money on a used chiller than a bunch of money keeping an empty house cooler all summer long.
Have you tried just a fan blowing across the water surface? If will use more top-off water, but save you a ton in electric costs.
Yeah, was only making a half degree difference at best. i will try a larger fan and see if that helps more. tight for space in my sump area so thats a limiting factor in what all i can add down there. Should’ve built my stand about 6" taller and wider.
