Just thought i would share with anyone interested. Barnes and Nobles on RT202 had a couple of oversized wildlife photography hardback books on clearance. I picked up the Reef and Frog books for less than $15 each but they had several others. These are primarily photography books with only minimum content but the photography is simply stunning and the overall quality of the books is top notch. Perfect coffe table books!
When you say they had a couple does this mean they had 2 and you picked up one? On the website it says every one of your local stores is already “OUT OF STOCK”. 
Maybe just because they went on clearance and doesn’t show in their inventory any more.

Although i didnt look through and count them i would say that had at least 3-5 of each book if not more. The bargain section can be pretty unorganized though so they could have more somewhere else.
As far the out of stock status im sure you are right in that they zero it out of inventory when it goes to clearance but i NEVER trust online store-inventory numbers.
