So my clowns are hosting in the hair algae growing on the overflow chamber. So should I keep removing some of it every day as I have been or should I leave some of it there for them?
As the algae is on the black plastic on the back of the tank visually it doesn’t bother me.

Yeah! give them something better to fool around in. Mine have been spawning on an oyster shell with a big green frilly mushroom growing on it. they lay their eggs right at the edge of the shroom. and keep nipping at it to keep it at bay from the eggs. Other clowns have also loved a big green goniopora, and various xenia. go figure?

I have removed more of the hair algae. They now hang out around the power cord that goes to the powerhead that is next to the overflow.
