Not to rub it in to much but its only been running 6months(other tank was 4.5yrs) so i kinda cheated

Thank you! Im working on placing all those frags on the rack on the bottom, those are all my new additions from the qt tank that i picked up at the last swap.

I really enjoy seeing a fully grown out tank. Some of those colonies you must have had for some time, I am sure. Great colors and everything looks so natural. It’s like looking at a reef in some remote hidden place, love it. :BEER
John thank you for the kind words! Im trying to catch up to you and your tank! Yes i have had everyting in this tank since it was a small frag. I dont have the deep pockets to buy full colonies, so yes i have had this stuff for atleast 4yrs on some of it.
Here is the life support in my basement. I have figured with all the water i have its pretty close to 700gallons.

Well its been a year since we filmed that video of the other tank. And yes i had to move things around when the new tank went in, had to replace my fuge a few weeks ago, the strap holdinn the drain pipe broke and put too much weight on the pvc in the back and cracked the tank from top to bottom. I got a panic call at work from lalex and she was in a panic.

Yeah, I wouldn’t say your system is 6 months old either. I started from scratch 10 months ago with sterile water, sterile rocks, and sterile sand. You technically just upgraded the display tank of a 4.5 year old established system. : )

Here are some updates after my crash/redbugs/aefw disasters my tank is pest free and has been pest free for the past 4 months now and is starting to rebound nicely.

Thanks! Only issue i have is a little bit of cyano, im dosing peroxide to help that go away
Tank looks great Jason. You might try using some KZ coral snow to help with the Cyano.
