anywhere else i can look besides bulkreefsupply.com that gives a good discount on buying between 8-15 t5 bulbs?

id really like to spend somewhere around $18ish a piece on that many if possible.

Check locally. You may be able to get a discount from one of the LFS sponsors if you ask. Save on shipping that way too.
