We will be creating a slide show to play on our web site and would like to use your pictures and real customer’s tanks.
There’s no prize, no award, no glory, no parade - just bragging rights.
*Please note that by submitting your photos you give Delaware’s Premium Aquatics the right and priveledge to use your photo without compensation. We make no attempt at ownership or other claim to any submitted photos - they’re still yours, we just want to show them.
All photos are currently being compiled in to a single place - pictures have been narrowed down in to finalist and a decision on a winner should be made today.
Sorry for the delay but we didn’t anticipate the number of pictures we would receive.
A very special congratulations to John (aka saltcreep) for his winning submission!!!
It was a difficult decision as there were many many great entries. We would like to thank everyone for their pictures and look forward to doing this again soon.
We have opened up an online photo album for you to submit pictures of your tank and it’s inhabitants for all to see. www.delawarefishstore.com/photos.html
Wow, Thanks!! I gotta admit that the wife snapped the pic while i lit it with a flashlight, team effort!.. Not that i ever need an excuse to go to DPA, but now i got a good one. The powerhead will come in handy for the frag tank i’m setting up! So, do i need to call ahead before going? i want Charlie to have time to roll out the red carpet, and chill the champagne in the winners circle.
Seriously though, we’re flattered, ALL the pics are great!
Craig, did mine come to you resized? I was pretty sure I sent them full size (like 3000 x 2000 pixels or something like that) either way they look great. >LOL<
It doesnt even fit with what you typically think of as reef photography. Its very stylized, almost like something you would expect to see in a photographer’s non-wildlife portfolio. Simply stunning.
