It was another great Dr. Mac trip. As always, good friends, good pizza, and great corals! I always enjoy these trips.
Heat wave withstanding, we had a cool time in the green house and shop. I love the way the clams look out there in the sunlight. Im still unpacking. And a special bonus was we got to drop by John’s, Houndsbayman’s place and see his great reef tank and frag system. Looking good John!
Thanks Dr. Mac. and thanks to all the fine people there today. It was a fun day.
I finally found my screen name and will post more often. It was a lot of fun down there met a lot of good guys look forward to participating more. Thank you to all and got some great clams!!!
It was great seeing you all again, many long term friends and a few new faces too. Hope everyone had a good time and enjoyed themselves. As a side note, thanks Ken for the couple of frags, for those unaware Ken brought in a frag he calls the Anniversay Coral because it is a cutting from a colony he grew out from a frag he bought from us 10 years ago!!

great genetic continuance, ken.
Thanks. Actually it is the very first frag i ever bought from Dr. Mac way back during the Baltimore MACNA. It has survived every tank crash, algae or pest infestation i have thrown at it over the past ten years. It even survived the 5 day power outage after hurricane isabell. It’s a real survivor. Dr. Mac sells some tough corals.
Actually, A lot of yous guy have won frags from it in the monthly club meeting raffles. I’ve donated a whole bunch of them over the years.
It was great seeing everyone at the Dr.'s office yesterday. Enjoyed talking to all and a big thanks to Mac for the pizza and dessert. And thanks to Ken and his group for stopping by my home to check out my tank.
I’m sorry, and disappointed that i missed this trip! had some minor issues that prevented me from tolerating a long car ride >:::
Thanks again to the Dr. and his staff for having us though!
So…are you guys going to put up some pics of the trip and all your goodies? who got clams? i’m dying to see some pics PBJ!
