Nice link Brett. I may try one of these again one day, but there are lots of other fish on my wish list right now that are a lot more hardy and easy to care for, so I’ll let these guys stay in the ocean until I am really ready for them. It is not easy to find a healthy one and not easy to keep them healthy either. Personally I still think this fish is an expert only animal no matter what you do to prepare.
