Flow pattern questions

Hey guys, looking for opinions on flow patterns. Currently i have 2 tunze nano and 1 mp10 with return pump. Right now i run the tunzes in the back one on each side of the over flow, left side pointing towards the front and right side kinda cuts through the middle. MP10 runs on the right side of the tank straight across the tank.

The question is, would anyone change the flow pattern, or leave it?
I was thinking about putting both tunzes on one side on the back wall and the mp10 on the other side of the over flow, and have 1 tunze point towards the middle and the other point towards the front?

The tank is a cube 24X24.
I would appreciate all opinions cause i think i could improve my sps growth rate with the right flow pattern.

Thanks everyone.

There’s no specific flow pattern Casey. Just don’t point directly at them and tear their flesh away. The way you have it, I think its fine as it is.

Thanks A, i know theres no specific pattern just didnt know if i could maximize polyp extension or promote growth by moving the PH.

If you don’t have a wavemaker or any cycling at all i like to kind of point two powerheads at each other, not directly but off a bit that will create some random flow when they come together

I like Toilet bowl swirlie! I point the power heads in the same clockwise or counter clockwise direction of the return nozzle. that way the whole tank turns and flows. at the NJRC first big frag swap, they had a speaker discuss tank flow, ad that is what he reccomended. a couple power heads, near the top will drag the water all the way to the bottom to swirl with it. thus keeping things clean and flushed behind the rock too. no dead spots.

Think Tidy Bowl Man.

That’s great, I’m going to change the direction like that.

Ken-that was a really good talk! I do the same since then…
