I was wondering if there was any talk of a frag swap 2013?for drc?
I think it’s on the agenda for the next meeting
There is a plan - it should be sometime in March. We are hoping to discuss it further at this month’s meeting.
We need volunteers to make this happen again this year.
We will need:
People to advertise it on other forums
People to contact & line up vendors
People to help set-up & breakdown the cafeteria
People to compile lists of potential sponsors
People to volunteer to work the door, sell refreshments, clean up spills
etc
etc
etc
etc
Craig we will be there again! Had a great time at the last swap.
Any plans for a DRC 2014 Frag Swap in the works or are we going to wait till the last minute like last year.
It would be a pleasure to see some different members take the bull by the horns and volunteer to make this years frag swap a great success like the first ever. I think this is the time to start the ball moving.
What are members thoughts about this?
I’d grab the bull if I know how or where to start it. You know me I’m in 100% and support the club wherever I’m needed.

I’ll be happy to go over the details of planning the swap with anyone that wants to listen. Let’s plan on a few minutes Monday night at the meeting.
