FS: Bubble Tip Anemone

Hey Jon. Yes it’s an Entacmaea quadricolor, I’ve seen them in all sorts of wild colors and morphs. Some are speckled but it’s not very common. I’ve seen some that were hot pink and purple! And I don’t mean rose, or dyed I mean hot pink.

Entacmaea quadricolor is the only one of the “host” anemones to have a smooth column. Others have little “warts” on it. So its pretty easy to determine once you know that.

By the way this is Josh, we talked the other day at DPA about phosban reactors. I will try to grab a picture of my rose anemones and let you know if they split again soon.

EDIT:Â Best i could find in old pictures, lights out right now.

Sometimes they bubble up, sometimes they dont. Its common for BTA to lose their bubbles.
