Getting out of the hobby - 90 gallon Oceanic tank and stand

Hi Folks,
I’m getting out of the hobby for now, and have a 90 gal. Oceanic tank and stand, with about 100 plus lbs of live rock. There are two 20 gallon sumps, each with live rock, and one with live sand. Total live rock is around 150 lbs in all three, and sand is at least 40 lbs.
The tank has a built in over flow, an octopus skimmer and pump. There is so much other stuff, that is not being used, it’s too numerous to mention. I will try to inventory it and get a list together.
I’d like to sell it all as a package if possible.
The tank is full of critters, but no live stock…there was a pair of red leg hermits, but I have not seen them lately. I changed jobs twice of the last 4 years, and I just have no time for the tank right now. It’s been up and running for about three years.
I have a few pictures if anyone is interested. I’d like to get $500 total for the whole setup. Of course, you need to come and dismantle the tank and haul it away. I can help with that. There is easy access getting it in and out of the basement through an outside door.
If interested, email me.

Doug

I am interested. I would like to see pics. Where are you located?

Tank is located in Port Deposit, MD
I will get some pics today and email to anyone interested, unless I can post them on the forum somewhere.

You can post the right in to this thread. Either using photobucket links or tbe attachment feature.

Here’s a couple of pics from my cell phone. I’ll post more from the camera.

Current lighting is a two actinic fluorescent bulbs, and a 250 watt MH with a 6500K bulb.
The overflow in the picture from the back is not there anymore. The tank has an internal factory installed overflow and a return pipe. Oceanic makes a nice tank.

looks great. would like to come and take a look at it.

Here’s more pictures of the extra equipment that will go with the tank.
I’ll post more later today.
The lighting is for the DIY’er, but the compact flour. are pretty easy to mount. I have MH ballasts as well, that need wiring and mounting…maybe a little more difficult if you have no electrical experience.

Weekday evenings around 6:00 to 8:00pm or next weekend.

ok let me figure out when a good time is and get back to you.

Just inventoried some of the stuff in the last set of pictures:

1- CurrentSea wave maker - will control 4 powerheads up to 330watts each.
1 -Dual pump reef filler for topping off or dosing Kalkwasser. Each pump will do up to 5.6 gallons per day.
I used this on my 240 gallon tank when I had it setup.
1 - Wisa air pump…all metal. Used, rebuilt, not sure if it’s working.
3 -heaters, one in tank, one in sump, and one small spare.
5 - or 6 MH bulbs, not sure if all work. They may be different wattages as well.
Sockets and reflectors for at least 4 MH lights - mogal base.
3-250 watt MH ballasts and starters, never used, include mounting brackets…for the DIY’er.
Power compact bulbs and ballasts kits - at least three ballasts and 4 bulbs.
Bag of powerheads, all used…not sure which work
there are 2 dual PH’s in the tank, and one single. There is also a single in the sump.
There are two submersible pumps in the sump.
…one feeds the Octopus skimmer the other retuns to the tank.
2- AquaGate II’s . …still work, but of the original design, that need constant repair.
1 Tetra luft air pump, and repair kit for it.
Two Little Giant pumps…MDS 3’s I think. Old, and one works, and the other might be repairable, but I saved it for parts.
Chemical additives as seen in the picture. I also have some IO salt left in the bucket in one of the pictures.

If I find anything else, I’ll post it.

If you decide to part out I may be interested in some of your lighting stuff…

I want the whole package!

Cleaned up a bit.
Two pictures, front of tank with doors open and doors closed.
The blue basket filter in the sump is just there temporarily. It’s a good way to collect debris while cleaning the tank.

If you are still interested in some of the lighting stuff let me know. I bought the tank and won’t be using all of that.
