the day after his 13th b’day. i got skunked
captain said gthe tarpon weighed about 105 lbs. 45 minute fight! the leader/bobber came up 5 times only to go right back down. i’m very proud of him.

fished off islamorada, florida key. tarpon capital of the world in april-june
i caught a 155 lb’er there in 1999
Great place. i spent one new years weekend at Holiday Isle resort there. good reef fishing too out front.
