This is so cool! I was just out on my friends boat in the christiana river catching some type of bait fish and channel catfish. It got my thinking about setting up a native tank! My only concern is, you obviously wouldn’t need a heater, but what about a chiller in the summer? I rarely run my heater and my tanks still get pretty hot in the summer, hotter than any river around here. Catching the little bait fish got my thinking about my old peacock bass tank I had. I remember one guy on the dock catching baitfish in the river to feed his peacock bass haha.
Ken, I think it’d be cool to do a trip to collect stuff at the beachs, rays would be sweet! Really have me considering setting up a tank for this, when I move again.
