Has anyone seen red/white bugs in they're fuge?

I noticed some odd looking bugs in my fuge. They remind me of a blood spider but it has a white body with a red head they move around in the sand pretty fast everytime I go to look in their. I never see them swim just running on the sand. I also have alot of little white guys swimming that I am not sure if they are copepods or baby shrimp from my peppermint shrimp it has been atleast a month or better and still appear same size and swimming around instead of skipping in the water.

I tried to find a way to ID them but came up with nothing online. If anyone could list some good id sites with pictures that would be great. Other then seeing them in the fuge everything is good. Also have what looks like baby mysys 5mm also Not sure where they came from since I have never seen them in this tank before. they have no coloring so I would not think they are my baby pepps. I have not added any live rock or corals.

i have the same red/white bugs!!! couldn’t find a lot of info on them either but some said the red is the eggs they are carrying i don’t think they are a problem i noticed them on my clams while at night with a flashlight. They are fast and hate light. I think i noticed them around the clams because i was checking on them closely but i see them all over now. i actually caught a picture too but can’t find it

Good info. But no luck on the ones I have

I checked Melsreef last night and could not find it. I know I have seen the link on here before with a very good list with pictures. I think Rosti or maybe Moliken posted it before.

Wow I found another that I have. A marine pill bug. Couldn’t find info on it before either. But no half red bug that I could find.

The bugs I believe we both have are about 1-2mm look kinda roundish. I will try again tonight to get a picture but they scurry away everytime I try to look at them.

yeah lol i have the camera and flashlight as soon as i shine them they run and i can’t focus on them. i might try to siphon one out then say cheese lol

a1amap Thank you for the links I am going through all of them now and found out that my clam was killed by a Melongena corona snail

I am still trying to find the bug that I am talking about in this post.

The only thing I can come up with about this bug is the spaghetti worm by the picture on http://www.seahorse-nw.com/Predators.html The body of it has the same coloration and shape but I have yet to see the legs and it is a fast mover. I researched spaghetti worm and found no other pictures matching this.

Spaghetti worms are not fast and usually the red area is in the rock and you see the tenticles
