Heat sinks

Any suggestions on where I can find some cheaper heat sinks? Looking for 24" L X 10" W?. Looked at Heatsinkusa, Modular led, rapid led seems to have the best price for 20"x6" for $45 not including shipping. Thanks

Don’t forget, it doesnt have to be one piece. If you cant find a 10, you could spot weld a couple together. Like George Carlin often said, he never had a 10 but one time a 6 and 4 but more often 5 x 2’s.

Yea, I did Ken but, I forgot to mention it in the first post. For the price of 5"x20" for ledgroupbuy is $3 more than rapid led. Plus rapid has a top channel where you can slide a piece of acrylic to cover the led modules, where those from ledgroupbuy don’t. Marker led heatsink are outrageous at $4.60 an inch. At 20" it’s $110, but it is nice.

A lowes aluminum c channel will work but space them further apart. Fans are needed. There are builds on u tube with it. It’s dirt cheap too. Just an option

check ebay the 48x5 im looking for is only $45 on there. the 24" lengths are often less than $20

Thanks Ben. I guess I was searching it wrong. Search aluminum heat sink not just heat sink. There are lots of cheaper ones.
