hello - new here

hello! I’m new to the forum and I’m excited to join you guys here. I’ve been looking for a local club in the delaware area so I’m glad to join! A little info about me…
I’m a Udel graduate with civil engineering and had my first freshwater tank when I was 12. About a year ago, after much reading I got into saltwater. Currently I have a 38 gal FOWLR tank with the following:

[ul][li]1 flame angel
1 tailspot blenny
2 ocellaris clowns[/li]
[li][/li][/ul]

I’m running a 15 gall sump under my tank with a map dr 7 and a Reef Octopus skimmer. Refigium has some chaeto i recently got.

Besides fish, i love biking, hiking and anything outdoors. I own a kayak that I use frequently.

Anyways I’m glad to join!

:Welcome) to DRC Snupa!! We’re glad you decided to join us. Please don’t hisitate to ask any questions that you may have. Will you be staying with just FOWLR or do you have any plans for reef tank? Can you post current pics of your tank?

welcome and whats up

:Welcome)glad to have you aboard. we want pics!!are you north or south in de? coming to the sept meeting?

im in the process of upgrading my tank to a reef tank but my lighting is only a 2 bulb T5. So I’m thinking about getting a ricordea until my lighting is upgraded… what do you guys think?

Thanks for all the replies!! I plan to come to the September meeting until my night class schedule (still sorting that out) coincides with it.

I also uploaded some pics!
