I like how USAir is blaming it on communication error between the delivery driver and the cargo handler. What part of I am expecting 3 boxes did the guy not understand

Lets also lay some blame on Pets Plus… The box was clearly marked, and secondly why would he drive away with only one box when he was expecting three without inspecting all the paperwork. US Air is chronically making errors like this as it also happened when we went to pick up fish deliveries, they actually tried to pull and have us sign for a cadaver…

I really lay blame on both parties… if you have been working in the fish business for any length of time, one quickly becomes aware of what the boxes fish are shipped in look like.

Publicity stunt or just a totally stoned driver?

I think the driver figured he was getting something better then then just fish. A Freebie and signed for it. If that box was full of livestock and water then would not be able to lift it.

There’s USAir and philly airport for you.
I totally blame USAir, they are the shipping courier and should have processes and procedures that ensure the correct packages are delivered correctly. It’s their job.
Then again they can’t even take my one piece of luggage to another plane in 3 hours time correctly so how can I expect them to deliver a dead body for experimentation?
