I just looked at my tank and there are literally thousands of these on the rock and back wall. I never noticed them before which seems odd because I am usually pretty observant. I did some research and they look to be collonista.
Can anyone please positively ID them?

Yes, that looks like them… i had them show up by the hundreds one night… they seem like harmless little baby turbo snails that are nocturnal feeders.
i have these too everywhere and more at night. i have nerite snails that lay eggs i think thats what they are i have no turbos.
