Ideal lighting for anemones

I have ignored my anemone propagation tank long enough and want to start cranking out anemones more quickly. I’m trying to figure out what the best/ideal lighting would be. Currently I have 3 very old T5 bulbs over the tank(not even sure type of bulbs) It is way past time to order new bulbs, but I am not sure what to go with. I am thinking of adding a small strip of LEDs in addition.

Anyone ever read an article on this or know someone who has propagated anemones in large quantities under a variety of lighting and can speak to what works best?

Note, the tank is a 30 breeder(13" deep).

I got away with 4 t5’s with my Sebae when I had it in my 20g long tank.

Anthony Calfo used to prop RBTAs by the hundreds. here is some advise on his forum .

theyare photosynthetic. so i guess they like lots of light like any other coral.

Thanks Ken, seems to be a good source. Haven’t read much on light spectrum, but still digging through it.

“Having a large predatory fish such as a grouper is superb for coral and anemone farming tanks. the groupers don’t need fed often, but do eat a lot and pass a lot of waste. Very hardy and forgiving.”

I suppose my massive snowflake eel fits the bill. He’s in the same system. 8 dead fish added to the tank every 2-3 days… I would say that’s a pretty good Nitrate source, lol.
