nothing larger than an inch; colors aremuted
some of my earlier polyps are themselves an inch and a half; but nowhere ready to frag, sorry ellen
Man I would love some acans
(those are awesome pics btw)
thanks starry. better pix will come later, tho. appreciate the compliment.
i now have 11 small frags–there are supposed to be 7 here, but some shots didn’t work out yet. and larger ones about 2 months in the tank. but there’s only a total of about 36 polyps.
the older ones are getting huge; reddish orange! they take squid, shrimp pieces, silversides when i can keep my shrimp away. acans are just my favoriites. i want more!!
Lol wow I didnt realize they ate stuff like that! I want to be 2nd in line for frags!!
if i only understood how to frag these beauties!! i figure there’ll be enough by summer’s end, but i know nada about fragging. never did it. except to rip a leather and reattach it.

Dremmel tool and a stainless steel cutting wheel. Just make sure that there is one hole polyp on the frag, and it should heal.
