Little tip I picked up from the pros at Dr Macs

So our trip down to Dr Macs was awesome and I picked up a little tip from em… Measuring phosphates? Use a pool kit for 15 bucks at Dover pools!

Generally dip strips are not very accurate , how well did they say they work?

I asked one of the guys (not Dr Mac) what they use to test for phosphates, he said he tried the Hanna but it was too expensive (because of the reagent) and he didn’t like the Salifert either. Then he showed me the pool strips and said this is what we use. I feel bad because I cannot remember his name and I’m sure someone on here know his name. (Alyissa’s fiancé).

For 15 bucks it’s worth trying if you do have a Hanna checker to see how accurate it is.

Great tip, his name is Kyle.

Yes! LoL thank you! I felt horrible because I couldn’t remember!
