I have about 175lbs of live rock that has been cooking for roughly 2 months. I need to move it out for some money for other things in the hobby. There is a good mix of rock, some nice pieces, some big, some flat, along with the base rock/softball stuff, definitely a good mix of rock. I won’t part it out, not willing to sell all the good stuff, leaving the leftovers for nothing, so I am selling the whole lot for $300 firm, thats less than $2 a pound!!!

I need the rock gone in one shot. You could easily take what you want and part the rest out and probably get your money back. It’s a great deal at less than $2 a pound! Maybe someone will go in on it with you and divide it up?

Sorry everyone, I’ve been very busy. I went to pick up a new reef tank today, starphire 4x4x2 with external coast to coast overflow and CL but when I got there, the owner didn’t tell me about 2 flights of stairs we had to carry it down. Being a 4’ cube, it’s very awkward to carry not to mention heavy, and in fear of breaking it I had to cone home empty handed

Fishguy9, I’ll try to get pics of the white hammer, but it’s right above the royal gramma and juvi mimic tang on the left side of the tank.
its comming along nicely, i decided to make columns, 5 total so far… just need to add the other 30 lbs from my nano to complete it… i did break a few rocks while drilling them but it came out nice…(5/8 drill bit is a rather large attempt with no guide holes, but i was in a hurry >LOL< >LOL<)
how hard is it going to be to get that tank down? got enough hands?

Nice, can’t wait until you move everything over. Yeah, you have to be careful drilling rock, they do break sometimes but it is worth the effort. I think I am going to have to pass on the tank. Going through a doorway, you only have room for one person per side and we had to go down concrete stairs like that. It just wasn’t happening, I wasn’t going to take the chance someone giving out and it breaking. Oh well, there will be other tanks, think I’ll just save up for the marineland 300g (72x36x27).
I really don’t have a price for it, I was going to frag it into 2 decent sized frags. It has at least 4 heads or more on it. I have other hammers but I will be keeping them (don’t know if that is what you are looking at in the picture). What is a decent price for a 4 head white hammer coral?

I am really just thinking about keeping all my corals now (minus a few frags and the brain) since I don’t need the money for the 4x4x2 tank I was getting.
