Do mixed supplements for calcium, alkalinity and magnesium ever go bad? I have had some premixed in sealed containers for about a year and was wondering if its still safe to dose.
If unopened i would not be afraid to use them
Most supplements like calcium, magnesium, alk buffers aren’t organically based so shouldn’t “go bad”
