Monthy Meetings!!!

Hello all! I just wanted to say- What the hell am I going to do now since we arent having our monthly meetings until September??? ??? haha!

Really though. I just wanted to tell everyone that I have really enjoyed the meetings. I was in a really bad place with my tank before I found out about the club. I had NO IDEA what I was doing. But since I have started to go to the meetings and talk to all you addicts, I mean Enthusiasts ;D My tank has gone from really really really bad to awesome! It is clear, things are growing, fish and corals alike are thriving, all my paramaters are stable and it just looks great! I really look forward to getting more advanced info so I can take my reef skills to the next level.

I have gotten more valuable information from you guys then I could have gotten in any book. I really value all your opinions and feedback. The meetings every month make me excited to come home and take care of my tank-even though my hands get brutally attacked by a clownfish every time I put them in there! slap-stick

Well we’re glad you’re finding them beneficial. That’s what they’re there for ::

As far as what to do over the summer break…we will have a field trip to Dr. Mac’s, a BBQ at Saltcreeps, a highway clean-up, and if you’re ever buying I can ALWAYS be persuaded to stop by the local watering hole to grab a beer and talk about tanks ::drool::

I beleive I have a standing agreement with my 2 clowns that if they decide they want to try to eat me, I will turn them into fish sticks…

My brothers tank has 2 clowns that I believe are part pirahna… MEAN!

Glad you’re enjoying the club Jessica :: And I’ve learned a ton from everyone here in the past year myself. A year ago i was a coral idiot… now i’m just a plain old idiot >LOCO< And all because of my fellow reefers experiences, advice, links to good reads etc… no books! ( Damn …now Jon and Oprah are gonna be P-O’d with me!) slap-stick ::
But i’ve gotta give myself credit too! I did screw up enough in the past to know how “not to” do it.
There’s lots of great advice in the club , to take you to whatever stage of the hobby you want.
Glad the tanks doing good now, and I bet you don’t rub it in to hubby at all ::

Last time my wife got me drunk at hibachi, we shared two coorslights and she had to hold my hand so I don’t fall. ::

I never tried any other kind, Coorslight and millerlight once.
