My new favorite local (sorta) fish store ...

Took a President’s Day trip - we went to Ocean Gallery Aquatics in North Plainsfield, NJ. Bit of a hike, but doable in a day, even with other stops.

Brian was very knowledgeable. He spent lots of time answering tons of questions. Prices are definitely reasonable. Info for the store has been added to the LFS page.

Going back up as soon as the wallet heals a bit.

Here are the pick-ups:

(1) German Blue Polyp Montipora Digitata (Mine)

(2) Pink and Green Birdsnest (Jason’s - Pic does NOT do this piece justice)

(3) Steve Tyree LE M.aequituberculata (Mine)

(4) ORA Bird of Paradise (Mine)

(5) ORA Pearlberry (in the back) (Mine) (Mine) (Mine) (Mine) (all Mine)

My son also got one polyp of some sort of cool looking palythoa thrown in for free. I cannot for the life of me figure out how he get’s free stuff.

Nice montis. They are one of my favorite sps because they are easy(ish) and they come in alot of cool growth forms and colors.

I like that monti and pearlberry…very nice

Very very nice pieces. I’m jealous. Let us know when you’re going back up. I could be convinced to tag along for a ride. I’ll chip in for gas.

I like the bright green torch in the backround of the first few pics. That gonna be up for trade anytime soon?
