I thought about this all day and I now think NASA was really stupid about the naming of the node. I thought about Citizens Bank Park and the Link and think they really missed the boat. They are mostly based on government funding and claim to be cutting back do to budget constraints but they could have sold the name for millions for a 5 years. Then they could sell it again in 5 years for millions more. Each node could be named and the rights to have the name for 5 years sold. This could subsidize the costs.
They should hire me as a consultant. Hubble telescope? Nope it would be The Exxon Explorer Telescope in honor of Edwin Powell Hubble.
