well i bought this from shawn months ago in hopes of hooking it up to the 90 and finally getting it ready for coral. long story short we got bizzy.
so i want to know what i should do. the union is missing the other half. it is glued into the bulk head and siliconed on both sides. here are some pics.

One of the reasons bulk heads should not be used with silicon, they were not designed to be. Personally I would see if Shawn knows where he got the union.(I’ve never seen one like it) If he does not know carefully use a razor blade to remove the silicon and buy a new bulk head and start from scratch.

the silicone was only on there because i jostled the plumbing by accident and there was a small dripping leak. because of the location of the tank it was more convienent to silicone it than drain it to reset the bulkhead.
the ball valve is from savko. im 99% it isnt schedule 80 but we couldnt match the theads up with schedule 40 compression fittings.
I know you asked for help before man and i completely forgot. Ill make it up to you. Is that 3/4" or 1"? I cant remember but im 99% sure i have an extra bulkhead of each size laying around. Pm me let me know what size it is and ill come over and remove the old one and put in a new one for you. If you have everything you need and ready to go i can probably even give you a hand with your plumbing. Weekends are always bad for me because i work but i could probalby come by some time this Sunday if you will be around. Send me a pm and let me know.
