I have updated to the very newest version of PHPBB3

I have a really plain frontpage for now I will work on the eye catching frontpage
after we are happy with the layout and forum as that is what seems to be the most important.
Should display well on most devices automatically without having to zoom
on Phones turn them horizontal.
Please make test post check out new features and let me know what to fix.

Just posted on new site  but have to wait for someone to approve my post   that kind of sucks
Fixed it so post approval is only needed for new users first post.
